This is an appeal by the trustee for Parkview-Gem, Inc., a debtor in reorganization proceedings under Chapter X of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C. §§ 501 et seq. (1970). The Bankruptcy Court allowed in part certain claims asserted against Parkview by Corondolet Realty Trust. Corondolet has not appealed those portions...
