This is an appeal from a judgment which upheld certain dilatory and peremptory exceptions to a third-party petition. When structural failures were discovered within ten years from the completion of McDonough No. 45 school, the Orleans Parish School Board sued the contractors and architects who built it. Pittman Construction Co., Inc., the general contractor, was a defendant in the main demand and filed a number of third-party demands for indemnification...
