The parties in this action own adjacent residential properties located within a Las Vegas subdivision referred to as "Moore's Addition # 1." The property owned by appellants Scotty and Lorraine Gladstone is somewhat higher in elevation than that of respondents, providing appellants with a view over the Gregory home toward Sunrise Mountain.
