CHIPMAN, Judge.

Appellant William Udchitz was convicted of Aggravated Assault and Battery1 and Assault and Battery with Intent to Commit a Felony.2 His appeal challenges the sufficiency of the proof of the corpus delicti necessary for the admission of his confession, the court's refusal to grant a directed verdict and the sufficiency of the evidence. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
