This is an appeal from an order revoking probation. Appellant plead guilty before the court on May 26, 1977, to the offense of robbery and was assessed punishment at ten (10) years' confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections. The imposition of sentence was suspended, and appellant was placed on probation for a term of ten (10) years, subject to certain conditions of probation...
