This cause is before the Court on appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit, in and for Volusia County. The trial court passed upon the constitutionality of a state law, thus vesting in this Court jurisdiction of the appeal. Art. V, § 3(b)(1), Fla. Const.
