Plaintiff, the purchaser of a used truck, requested damages against the seller, an automotive dealer, in two causes of action. The first was for a breach of warranty in the sale of the truck and the second was for deceit arising out of a claimed misrepresentation concerning purported repair of the truck subsequent to the sale.
