This is a suit for damages arising from personal injuries sustained in an automobile collision. Plaintiff below, Thomas O. Bailey, while driving his automobile was struck from the rear by an automobile being driven by defendant, Mark D. Merrill. Prior to the trial, liability for all damages was stipulated.
