DOUGLAS, Judge.

The conviction is for aggravated robbery. Two prior convictions were alleged for enhancement. Punishment was assessed at life.

Since the dissenting opinion states that this Court does not have jurisdiction, that question will be discussed first. The judgment is dated July 14, 1976, and the sentence dated July 23, 1976.
