Robert P. Glass, defendant, appeals from a judgment for Gary Lee Anderson, plaintiff, for specific performance of earnest money contracts.

Defendant was Seller, Plaintiff and Lon Porter were Purchasers. Porter assigned his interest in the contracts to the plaintiff prior to trial and is not a party to this appeal.
