This is a summary judgment case. Clyde E. Hammonds (Hammonds), appellant (plaintiff), brought suit against appellee (defendant), Calhoun Distributing Company, Inc. (Calhoun), seeking damages for the breach of an oral lease and wrongful eviction. Summary judgment was rendered in favor of Calhoun and Hammonds has perfected his appeal.
