Cornelia Barringer died as a result of injuries sustained in an accident between a car operated by her and a 1972 Javelin automobile owned and operated by defendant's assured, Rocco Sica. The Javelin was covered by an automobile liability insurance policy providing coverage of $10,000/$20,000. A 1971 Chevrolet automobile also owned by Sica was covered by a separate automobile liability insurance policy issued by the defendant affording coverage of $50,000/$100,000. An action...
