Plaintiff-appellant Michael C. Narez appeals from the trial court's1 grant of summary judgment to the defendant-appellees, United States Marine Corps.2 Inasmuch as the record reveals yet to be resolved issues of material fact, we reverse and remand to the trial court for proceedings not inconsistent with this opinion.
