The petitioner is before this Court on appeal from the denial of his petition for relief under Post-Conviction Relief, Rule 1. The petitioner had previously entered a guilty plea to two counts of first-degree murder and one count of rape and was sentenced to two terms of life imprisonment for the murders and to twenty-one years for the rape.
