SIMPSON, Circuit Judge:

Defendant-appellant Shafter W. Summers was convicted of two counts1 of violating the Hobbs Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1951 (1976). He was sentenced to concurrent four-year confinement terms on each count, and was fined ten thousand dollars on each count. We find no merit in the various grounds assigned by appellant as reversible error and affirm.
