This case comes before the court on plaintiff's exception to the recommended decision of Trial Judge Joseph V. Colaianni, filed July 24, 1978, pursuant to Rule 134(h). The claim, as upheld by Trial Judge Colaianni, is for reformation of a contract for building reconstruction to correct a mistaken bid.
