Defendant was charged by indictment with two counts of indecent liberties with a child. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 38, par. 11-4.) Following a bench trial, defendant was found guilty of contributing to the sexual delinquency of a child (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 38, par. 11-5) and was sentenced to a term of 364 days.
