Okemah Construction, Inc., brought this action to recover the money alleged to be due and owing to it by Barkley-Farmer, Inc., under a contract between the parties dated May 5, 1977. The trial was to the court without a jury and resulted in a judgment for the plaintiff in the sum of $27,656.16, plus attorney's fees.
