Paul Hill was charged with distributing heroin on six specific dates between March 13 and June 18, 1979, and with conspiracy to distribute heroin. He was found not guilty of Count I, conspiracy, and not guilty of Count II, which referred to the first date of distribution, March 13, 1979.
