Petitioner was employed as a school bus driver by the respondent school district in the month of September, 1971 and, since September, 1976, drove a school bus between the hours of 6:30 A.M. and 9:30 A.M., and between the hours of 1:45 P.M. and 4:45 P.M. each school day.
