Defendant, Robert H. Saunders, appeals his convictions of murder in the first degree, conspiracy first degree, possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, burglary third degree, theft, and conspiracy second degree. Defendant also appeals from the Superior Court's declaration of defendant as an habitual criminal and his corresponding sentence to life imprisonment without benefit of probation...
