In May, 1970, Richard and Louise Silverthorne, plaintiff's predecessors in interest, subdivided land bordering on Northwest Bay, Lake George, Warren County, New York, into a subdivision of 44 lots called "Pioneer Log Cabin Village." They filed a subdivision map which indicated that a studio lying on both Lot Nos. 5 and 6 was "TO BE REMOVED".
