Glen Samuel McCambry was convicted by a jury of aggravated robbery (K.S.A. 21-3427) at the Macy's Department Store in Kansas City, Kansas. The crime was aggravated because McCambry was charged and the jury found he was armed with a dangerous weapon. On appeal he claims error based on the alleged failure of the State to prove he was armed with a dangerous weapon.
