The order of the Appellate Division should be reversed.

On November 21, 1976 two officers of the Syracuse Police Department responded to a radio call reporting that a child had been molested and directing them to the residence of the alleged victim. Upon arrival they spoke with both the alleged victim and her mother, and then proceeded directly to the home of the defendant where the officers informed him...
