HARRISON, Justice.

This is an appeal from a quiet title action involving certain land lying west of the Yellowstone River in Section 36, adjacent to Section 35, Township 23 North, Range 59 East, County of Richland, Montana. After a nonjury trial, the Honorable Leslie G. Gulbrandson entered a judgment for defendants. Plaintiffs appeal.
