CASE SUMMARY

Defendant-appellant Donald J. Malcomson appeals his conviction of Uttering a Forged Instrument,1 claiming the instruments he allegedly altered were void as a matter of law and so cannot be a proper subject of forgery, and that there was a fatal variance in the indictment.

We affirm.
