GILLETTE, Judge.
Defendant appeals from his conviction by the court for burglary in the first degree, ORS 164.225. He assigns as error the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress (1) evidence seized after his arrest and (2) results of a palm print comparison linking him to the crime for which he was convicted.
