This is an appeal from a conviction for possession of heroin. Punishment was assessed at 20 years' imprisonment and a $10,000 fine. Appellant asserts error was committed when the trial court refused to exclude evidence seized as the result of allegedly improper searches, refused to sustain his challenge for cause to a prospective juror, admitted certain oral statements made after arrest...
