STEPHENS, J.

This appeal follows a conviction of voluntary manslaughter (a violation of Pen. Code, § 192). The claimed error is prosecutorial misconduct.

Defendant was charged with murder (a violation of Pen. Code, § 187). Trial was by jury and the verdict followed four days of deliberation.
