After defendant's unsuccessful motion to suppress evidence, a jury found him guilty of one count of first degree robbery (Pen. Code, § 211) and one count of kidnaping for the purpose of robbery (Pen. Code, § 209). The jury also found that defendant had been armed with a firearm during the commission of the robbery within the meaning of Penal Code sections...
