Appellant Russell Cartee was injured when struck by an automobile. The accident allegedly resulted from the failure of the brakes to work properly. Appellee Leo's Subaru Dealer recently had inspected the car pursuant to the PeriodicVehicle Inspection Act, IC 1971, 9-8-11.
