LEMMON, Judge.

This suit to recover workmen's compensation benefits arises out of an accident in which the company van plaintiff was driving struck a parked car. The principal issues on appeal are whether plaintiff was in the course of his employment at the time of the accident and whether defendant presented sufficient proof in support of the special defense of intoxication.
