The plaintiff, John Pollock, appeals from an order granting summary judgment for the defendant in his action based in fraud allegedly perpetrated upon Pollock in defendant's operation of an employee suggestion program. He contends that the district court misconstrued Iowa R.Civ.P. 215.1 in granting summary judgment, and also erred in sustaining defendant's objection to the plaintiff's request for the production of documents and in quashing plaintiff...
