Movant appeals from the denial without an evidentiary hearing or appointment of counsel of his motion for post-conviction relief under Rule 27.26. We affirm.

On April 13, 1971, a jury found movant guilty of robbery first degree by means of a dangerous and deadly weapon and sentenced him to six and one half years imprisonment.
