Appeal is taken from a conviction for aggravated robbery. V.T.C.A. Penal Code, Sec. 29.03. After the jury found appellant guilty, the court assessed punishment at 25 years.

Appellant and two other parties robbed an employee of Feudo's Foodtown in Corpus Christi at gunpoint on July 17, 1976. Two witnesses identified appellant as one of the robbers. An alibi defense was...
