The State of Washington appeals the order of the trial court setting aside a verdict of guilty to unlawful possession of undersized sturgeon and failure to complete fish tickets. We affirm the trial court's order setting aside the verdict of guilty and dismissing the charges against defendant, Roy T. Stritmatter.
