Plaintiff, while a passenger in defendant's "Rogue River Jet Boat," was injured when the boat struck a gravel bar. In an administrative proceeding before the Coast Guard that resulted in suspension of defendant's Coast Guard license, it was determined that the accident was caused by defendant's negligence in operating the boat. Plaintiff then initiated this negligence action for money damages. She contended by motions for partial summary judgment...
