Petitioner (Appellant) is before this Court appealing the denial of his petition for post conviction relief pursuant to Post Conviction Remedy Rule 1. He was originally charged with First Degree Murder, Murder in the Perpetration of a Robbery and accessory after the fact of first degree murder. Ind. Code § 35-13-4-1 (Burns 1975).
