This suit, brought under the Dramshop Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 43, par. 135), resulted from the collision of two automobiles, a Karmann Ghia driven by Roland Porter and a Pinto driven by Edward Bedal. Both Porter and Bedal died as a result of the collision, and Brent Beebe, a passenger in Bedal's Pinto, was seriously injured. A...
