PER CURIAM.

On January 17, 1974, near Big Stone Gap in Wise County, a station wagon being operated on U. S. Route 23 by Carol D. Sneed left the highway, went over an embankment and overturned. The driver was killed and her two infant children, passengers in the vehicle, were injured. In subsequent damage suits, consolidated for trial, brought by Jennifer Sneed and David Sneed against the administrator of their mother's estate, the trial court set aside jury verdicts...
