This is an appeal from a judgment of the Windham Superior Court denying plaintiff-appellant's petition for a declaratory judgment. 12 V.S.A. § 4711 et seq. The complaint and the amended complaint seek relief concerning two plots of land, the "home farm" and the "Smith place."
