This appeal and petition for writ of certiorari arise out of a labor dispute between Jim Walter Resources, Inc. (Company) and Steelworkers Local 12014. The Circuit Court of Jefferson County issued a preliminary injunction, inter alia, limiting the number of pickets at the Company's main entrance to four.
