YOUNG, Judge.

Appellant-defendant Jaremczuk appeals the finding of the court below at an Implied Consent hearing1 that the arresting officer had probable cause to stop the appellant-defendant and that the appellant-defendant knowingly refused a chemical test. We affirm.
