PER CURIAM.

On January 3, 1974, appellant Joseph Kennedy was injured when the automobile he was operating skidded on the Lower Trenton Bridge over the Delaware River between Trenton, New Jersey, and Morrisville, Pennsylvania, and crashed into the structure of the bridge.
