The appellant, Elaine Myers Anderson, fainted and collapsed while grocery shopping. Appellee, Little & Davenport Funeral Home, Inc., was called and requested to send an ambulance to appellant's aid. While awaiting the ambulance's arrival, appellant was administered cardiopulmonary resuscitation by employees of the grocery store.
