This appeal involves three claimed errors in a trial of a wrongful death action.

The evidence viewed in the most favorable light to the verdict reveals that after dark on October 31, 1975, on a primary highway, defendant Franklin Troy Trucks drove the lime truck of defendant John Robert Hamilton with the latter's consent, pulling a "pup trailer." The trailer had no safety chain attaching it to the truck. It became disengaged from the truck...
