On March 27, 1976, Crescentia Grace Wasche (Grace Wasche) was a passenger in an automobile owned and driven by her son, Norbert B. Wasche, the defendant herein. The automobile was involved in a collision in San Mateo County, California. Grace Wasche sustained personal injuries from which she died on May 29, 1976.
