Sevkija Vrgora was the general contractor on a job for the Los Angeles City Unified School District. American Bonding Company issued his labor and material bond. They are the appellants here. "220 Electric," not a party to this appeal, was an electrical subcontractor for Vrgora. It purchased some materials from Fidelity Sound Systems, Inc. (Fidelity), the respondent.
