Appellant was convicted of felony murder; the underlying felony was robbery. A Huntley hearing was held prior to the trial, at which time the trial court sustained the admissibility of certain oral inculpatory statements made by the appellant to a Detective Grosso, but suppressed a conversation that appellant had with a Detective Martin.
