After a two-day jury trial in the Campbell Circuit Court, the appellants, Charles David Helpenstine and William James Kimbrew, were each found guilty of two charges of first-degree robbery. KRS 515.020(1)(b). Each was sentenced to serve ten years in the penitentiary on each offense.
